2. What data we collect When you use the add-in, we may process:
Document content you choose to send to our service for AI-assisted regulatory document generation and editing.
Account information such as your name and email address used to authenticate.
Usage data such as feature interactions and error logs, collected to improve the service.
We do not access or process any document content unless you explicitly initiate an action within the add-in.
3. How we use your data We use your data to:
Provide and improve the add-in's functionality
Authenticate your account
Diagnose technical issues
4. Third-party services Document content sent through the add-in is processed using Anthropic's Claude API. Content is transmitted securely and is not used by Anthropic to train models. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.
5. Data storage & security We transmit data over encrypted connections (TLS). Document content is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers beyond the duration of the request, unless you explicitly save outputs to your Storke account.
6. Data retention Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
7. Your rights Depending on your jurisdiction (including under UK GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Children's privacy The add-in is not intended for use by individuals under 16.
9. Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the add-in or email.
